This course will introduce the Trigger Point Release Tool™ and teach its
benefits
and use to
unwind restricted fascia, release tight muscles, and increase blood flow
to muscles, flushing out toxins and waste products.
It will focus on soft tissue
release for muscles and fascia of the upper and lower body. It will include
identifying and releasing trigger points.
