Rotational Resistance Training Plate

This Rotational Resistance Training Plate gives you the ability to develop key muscles in your knees and hips.

Traditional exercises like squats, lunges, leg extensions or leg flexion will not build these key rotational muscles. (add read more on home page)

Resistances comes from Cando Tubing or from a weight stack at your local gym.  In a seated position you will train your knees. In a sanding position with your legs straight, you will build strength into your hips for better pelvic stabilization.

Pelvic Stabilization and core stabilization are trained with the G2 Mini X™ and the Core Stick. Those who play golf, tennis, soccer, football, basketball, baseball and volleyball will benefit from our unique training equipment to improve separation between your pelvis and trunk.
